
Cajun Candied Salmon Fillet
This isn't a "jerky style" cured candied salmon. (Although that stuff is yummy.) This recipe uses our Cajun Crack to make a staple meal in our home. We hope you make it, perfect it and love it like we do.
Candied Salmon
What you’ll need:
- Skillet (one that can go in the oven.)
- Butter or Ghee
- Cajun Crack
- Salmon fillet(s)
Step by step directions:
- Season the Salmon fillet(s) with Cajun Crack.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Heat skillet on med/high.
- Add butter to the skillet.
- Add Salmon meat-side down.
- Sear for 3 minutes or until the pan starts smoking.
- Flip the Salmon to the skin side. (It’s ok if it has no skin.)
- Bake the skillet with the Salmon in the oven until desired doneness.
