Cajun Candied Salmon Fillet

This isn't a "jerky style" cured candied salmon. (Although that stuff is yummy.) This recipe uses our Cajun Crack to make a staple meal in our home. We hope you make it, perfect it and love it like we do.

Candied Salmon

What you’ll need:

  • Skillet (one that can go in the oven.)
  • Butter or Ghee
  • Cajun Crack
  • Salmon fillet(s)

Step by step directions:

  1. Season the Salmon fillet(s) with Cajun Crack.
  2. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. Heat skillet on med/high.
  4. Add butter to the skillet.
  5. Add Salmon meat-side down.
  6. Sear for 3 minutes or until the pan starts smoking.
  7. Flip the Salmon to the skin side. (It’s ok if it has no skin.)
  8. Bake the skillet with the Salmon in the oven until desired doneness.
