Cajun Tartar Sauce
What you’ll need:
- Mixing bowl
- Zester
- Paring knife
- Juicer (optional.)
- Lemon
- Mayo
- Dill relish
- Secret Ingredient
Step by step directions:
- Add mayo to bowl.
- Zest lemon into bowl.
- Cut lemon in half.
- Juice lemon into bowl. You may just need half the lemon depending on how much sauce you are making and how juicy the lemon is.
- Add some relish to bowl.
- Season with Secret Ingredient.
- Stir well.
