Classy Cajun Tartar Sauce

An obvious staple of any good fish fry; there are many ways to make Tartar sauce. Zest the lemon and use our Secret Ingredient to take yours to the next level.

Cajun Tartar Sauce

What you’ll need:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Zester
  • Paring knife
  • Juicer (optional.)
  • Lemon
  • Mayo
  • Dill relish
  • Secret Ingredient

Step by step directions:

  1. Add mayo to bowl.
  2. Zest lemon into bowl.
  3. Cut lemon in half.
  4. Juice lemon into bowl. You may just need half the lemon depending on how much sauce you are making and how juicy the lemon is.
  5. Add some relish to bowl.
  6. Season with Secret Ingredient.
  7. Stir well.

Pro Tips: 

  1. Make this delicious sauce while your other food cooks. Let it sit at least 15 minutes for the flavors to marry.
  2. Add fresh dill for a bright flavor!
