Cajun Candied Carrots
Easy to make. Easy to eat. I do suggest cooking the carrots some, before adding the Cajun Crack. It only needs a minute to do it's magic.
Cajun Candied Carrots
What you’ll need:
- Steamer or steam basket
- Skillet or saucepan
- Carrots
- Butter
- Cajun Crack
Step by step directions:
- Boil or steam carrots until desired doneness.
- Add steamed carrots, butter and Cajun Crack to a bowl or pan and stir.
Pro Tip: Keep cooking the carrots in the skillet with butter and Cajun Crack, using med/low heat, to candy them even further.
